PhotoVinci is an AI photo app for iPhone. Add a few photos of yourself, pick a template or a scene, and PhotoVinci creates new portraits of you in that style — from professional headshots to travel, lifestyle and creative looks.

Choose a template or a scene, pick the photos to use, and tap Generate. A scene creates one photo and a template creates a whole set. Your photos are usually ready within a minute or two. You can leave the app meanwhile — if notifications are on, we will let you know when they are done.

Clear photos of you alone, in good light, from a mix of natural angles — and at least one from the waist up, so PhotoVinci can see your build and not only your face.

Avoid blurry, dark, heavily filtered or tightly cropped shots, group photos, and sunglasses or hats over your face. PhotoVinci checks each photo on your iPhone as you add it and lets you know if one will not work.

A profile keeps one person’s photos together with everything created from them. You can make several and switch between them whenever you like. Only add photos of someone else if they have agreed to it.

Your photos are stored in your PhotoVinci account and used to create the images you ask for. Before your first photo, PhotoVinci asks your permission to send them to OpenAI, the AI service that creates the images. Our servers run on Google Cloud (Firebase). You can turn this off anytime in Settings → AI Photo Processing.

Deleting your account removes your photos and every image made from them. Read the privacy policy.

Yes. Creating photos, syncing your profiles and creations, and purchases all go through our servers, so PhotoVinci needs a connection to work.

Every new account can create one free photo while getting started. After that, creating photos uses credits, which come with a subscription. The app shows the available plans, their credits, prices and any free trial before you buy. Extra credit packs are separate purchases and are offered to subscribers.

Manage your App Store subscription through Apple. Deleting PhotoVinci or deleting your PhotoVinci account does not cancel it. Follow these steps to stop renewal:

1. Open Settings on your iPhone.
2. Tap your name at the top, then tap Subscriptions.
3. Select PhotoVinci.
4. Tap Cancel Subscription and follow the confirmation prompts. You may need to scroll down to find the button.

If your offer includes a free trial, cancel it through iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions → PhotoVinci. Apple advises canceling at least 24 hours before the trial ends. Check the trial end date and renewal price in Apple’s subscription screen. Removing the app or deleting your account does not stop renewal.

Review or cancel your trial

Check the Apple Account shown on your purchase receipt and use that account to manage the subscription. If Apple shows an expiration date and no Cancel button, it is already canceled. If you still cannot find it, contact Apple Support for help with billing.

Find or check a subscription

Cancellation stops future automatic renewal. Your remaining access and expiration date are shown in Apple’s subscription settings; check them before confirming, especially for a trial. Cancellation does not delete your photos or your account, and does not automatically refund a previous charge. If you want a refund, submit a separate request to Apple.

Apple handles App Store refunds and decides whether a purchase is eligible. To submit a request:

1. Open reportaproblem.apple.com and sign in with the Apple Account used for the purchase.
2. Choose Request a refund from the I’d like to menu.
3. Select a reason, choose Next, select the PhotoVinci purchase, then submit your request.

Open PhotoVinci Settings → Delete account and confirm. This permanently deletes your account, your profiles and photos, and every image created from them. It cannot be undone. Uninstalling the app does not delete your account, and deleting your account does not cancel your Apple subscription — cancel it separately through Apple. Contact support if you need help with a privacy request.
